Privacy

This page covers the waiting list, which is the only place this site asks for anything about you.

Who is responsible

Trailer Delivery is run by TPSTORES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, number 13238473, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. It is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZC105359. Write to hello@trailerdelivery.co.uk.

What we store

Your email address.
Whether you need a trailer moved or tow trailers for a living.
The trailer type and the two places, if you filled them in.
The date and time you joined.

We do not store your IP address with your entry. The site sets no cookies and loads no tracking or advertising scripts.

Why, and on what basis

You gave these details so that we can email you when bookings open, and so that we can see where trailers need moving. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell or share the list, and we do not use it for other marketing.

Who holds it

Three companies process the data on our behalf.

Cloudflare hosts the site and holds the list. Like any web host, its network records requests to the site, including IP addresses, to keep it secure and to limit repeated tries at the form.
Postmark sends our email, starting with the one confirmation when you join, so it handles your email address and the details in that email.
Discord carries a notice to our own private team channel each time someone joins. The notice has the first letters of your email address and its domain, never the whole address, with the trailer type and the two places if you gave them.

The tow checker

The figures you enter in the tow checker are not stored by us. They travel in the page address, so they appear in your own browser history.

How long we keep it

Until we have emailed you about opening, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If we decide not to open, we will delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@trailerdelivery.co.uk from the address you signed up with. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
